Today, I cooked a butter chicken curry with turmeric, cumin, and coriander.
I also mixed the rice with turmeric and yellow rice, I felt like I was indulging, it was delicious.
In the afternoon, we went to the Bountiful temple, I saw the first shining blue sky in a long time, and the temperature was 7 degrees Celsius, which made me feel like spring.
I looked down at my feet and saw beautiful pure white snow shining in the sun.
Under the snow, lawns and violets were surviving.
今日は久しぶりに、ターメリックとクミンと、コリアンダーを使ってバターチキンカレーを作りました。ご飯にもターメリックを混ぜて黄色いご飯です。なんだか贅沢してる気分。美味しかったです。
午後からは、バウンテフル神殿へ、行く道、久しぶりに輝く青空をみた感じ、気温、7℃、、、なんだか春を感じる様な日和です。
ふと、足元を見ると、美しい純白な雪が日に照らされ輝いていました。雪の下は、芝生とすみれが逞しく生き延びています。
先週はアイダホのパカテロ神殿に参入しましたが、 今日はバウンテフル神殿に参入しました。内容が変わっててびっくりでした。
それを知ってか、神殿内はたくさんの人々で溢れるような感じでした。
駐車場も車で一杯で車を停めれるか一瞬心配しました。
素晴らしい信仰の人々に感謝でした。
